Ingredients:
8 asparagus spears
4 tomatoes
12 mushrooms
1 large spanish onion
2 zucchini
2 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp vegetable seasoning
Directions:
1. cut vegetables into large chunks
2. put all vegetables in a large bowl
3. add olive oil and seasoning
4. toss well
5. spread vegetables on cookie sheet
6. grill in the oven at 375 degrees until done
