Grilled Vegetable And Pasta Salad

If you like grilled vegetables, you'll love this...served with pasta and chilled.
Ingredients:
2 squash and zucchini, cut in half and cut julienne style (large cuts)
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup fresh asparagus, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 large portebella mushroon, sliced
3 tbs. olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 package penne or rotini pasta, cooked al dente, completely cooled
3/4 cup green onions
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
dressing
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried parsley (or 1/4 cup fresh)
2 garlic cloves, pressed
5 tsp. lemon juice
6 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Cup up vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic powder. Coat in bowl with 3 Tsp. of olive oil. Grill in a grilling basket (or one of your choice) until done...not too soft, but cooked. Remove and let cool.
2. Mix the cooked and cooled pasta with green onions and cherry tomatoes. Add a little salt and pepper. Then add dressing. Add the grilled vegetables to the pasta and top with parmesan cheese (amount to your taste). Mix well.
