1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
vegetable oil, for brushing on patties
4 hamburger buns, split
1 large lettuce leaf

2 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon orange zest
Directions:
1. Make cranberry spread: in a small bowl, mix the ingredients together until blended; set aside.
2. In a big bowl, combine the turkey, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper; cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
