Grilled Tuna Steaks With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick)
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fish to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning once.
2. Combine sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
3. Prepare grill.
4. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until fish is medium-rare or desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Serve with sour cream mixture.
