Grilled Swordfish with Peach and Bl

Ingredients:
15 ounce(s) canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup(s) cilantro chopped (optional)
2 teaspoon(s) honey
juice of 1 lime, divided
1 kiwi, peeled and diced (1/2 cup)
2 peaches or nectarines, pitted, diced into 1/2 inch pieces (1 1/2 cups)
1/2 red pepper, diced (1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 scallions, sliced
1 pound(s) swordfish fillets
1/4 teaspoon(s) tabasco
Directions:
1. Preheat grill or grill pan
2. In Medium bowl mix first 9 ingredients with half of the lime juice.
3. Set Salsa aside.
4. Drizzle remaining juice over fish.
5. Grill 6-8 minutes until done, turning once.
6. Serve Fish with Salsa.
7. Add 1 whole grain roll.
8. Serving Size: 4 oz fish, 3/4 cup salsa, 1 whole grain roll.
