Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients:
6 (1-inch-thick) swordfish steaks (about 2 pounds)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce
paprika
lemon wedges (optional)
Directions:
1. Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry. Cut fish into 6 serving-size pieces, and place in a well-greased wire grilling basket. Set aside.
2. Combine next 6 ingredients. Baste fish with lemon juice mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
3. Grill over medium coals 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with lemon juice mixture and sprinkling with paprika. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
