Ingredients:
2 lbs medium sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise into six wedges each
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Light the grill. Use a hinged grilling basket if you have one.
2. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, simmer the potatoes until almost tender, ~ five minutes.
3. Drain, transfer to a large bowl, and toss with the remaining ingredients.
4. Grill over moderate heat for about `5 minutes, turning until tender and lightly charred.
5. Serve warm.
