Char-broiled.
Ingredients:
4 ounces beef strip steaks
1 1/2 ounces kosher salt
1 ounce fresh ground black pepper
2 ounces olive oil
Directions:
1. 1. sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
2. 2. Rub in salt and pepper with olive oil.
3. 3. Place on hot broiler and mark with the grids of the broiler to make a # design on the steak.
4. 4. Flip the steak over and do the same on the other side.
5. 5. Check for the doneness you would like and serve with favorite sauce.
