Ingredients:
1 pound baby cuttlefish, cleaned
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 dry white wine
1 large onion, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
Directions:
1. Mix cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, white wine and onion in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Grill cuttlefish and serve with parsley.
