Grilled Salmon with Sweet Potato Mash Gi Jane

A simple supper.
Ingredients:
5 oz salmon
6 oz sweet potato
1 tablespoon yoghurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 salt and pepper
1 cup salad leaves
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190C
2. Sprinkle lemon juice and seasoning over the salmon. Bake in the oven (or grill) for 6 minutes
3. At the same time peel and boil the sweet potato, drain and mash with a little yoghurt, seasoning and some grated nutmeg
4. Serve with salad leaves
