Grilled Salmon And Thai Cucumber Salad

A Lovely summer meal With a nice cold Pinot Gris
Ingredients:
2 250g salmon fillets
2 tblsp sesame oil
thai salad
2 tblsp lime juice
1 tblsp fish sauce
1 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp sugar
1 tblsp chopped mint
1 tblsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped chilli
1 cup finely sliced cucumber
Directions:
1. In a bowl whisk all Thai salad ingredients except the cucumber. Then add cucumber,let stand for 15 mins. Brush Salmon with oil and season to taste;pan fry or bbq for 3 to 4mins each side over med. heat. Serve with salad spooned over the fish
