Grilled Salmon

Fast, easy and yummy way to grill salmon! Time does not reflect 2 hour marinating time.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium preferred
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a ziploc bag mix together lemon pepper, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add fish, seal and turn to coat.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Lightly oil grill grate and preheat grill to medium.
5. Remove salmon from marinade and discard marinade.
6. Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
