Grilled Potato Salad

Great potato salad without mayonaisse to deal with. Great for a picnic!
Ingredients:
dressing
4tbs.country dijon mustard
1tbs white win or applw cider vinegar
3tbs. olive oil
2tbs. chopped dill
1/2tsp. salt
1/4tsp. black pepper
salad
1tsp salt
2lbs. small red potatoes,cut into 1/2 slices
2tbs. olive oil
1 green onion,thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Combine dressing ingredients in small bowl. Blend well with fork;set aside.
2. Preheat grill to med-hot. Bring 8 cups water and salt to a bowl. Add potatoes;boil about 5 mins. Drain. Transfer potatoes to bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss lightly.
3. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes on foil;fold into packets. Place packet on grill 7-10 mins or till potatoes are tender. Transfer to serving bowl. Add green onions. Toss gently with reserved dressing. Serve warm
