Grilled potatoes that cook up quickly and go with just about anything!
Ingredients:
2lbs russet potatoes,peeled
1/4c olive oil
1/2t garlic powder,optional
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium
2. Slice the potatoes into 1/2 thick planks. In a large bowl,toss potatoes with oil and seasonings. Grill potatoes till tender,about 5 mins a side.
