Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 (4-inch) portobello mushroom caps
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon low-sodium
worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Prepare grill.
2. Place portobello caps, stem side up, on a plate. Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Drizzle oil mixture over mushrooms.
3. Place mushrooms on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
