Grilled Plum Chicken

This will need marinated ahead of time but it cooks up fast and is an easy weeknight dish. Serve with grilled veggies and rice.
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plum sauce
Directions:
1. Combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Gradually whisk in the oil. Pour over chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or overnight.
2. Preheat grill to high. Grill chicken about 12 minutes, flipping once. Brush each breast with plum sauce and grill 1 minute more.
