I came up with this recipe to add the wonderful grilled flavor of foods to a Pineapple Relish
Ingredients:
2 cups grilled pineapple, chopped
1 roasted red pepper, chopped
1 roasted medium jalapeno, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and let sit 2 or 3 hours.
