Grilled Peaches Or Nectarines

Summer is here when the fresh nectarines and peaches reach the stores. With a bit of enhancement and some grilling to caramelize their natural sugar these are heavenly.
Ingredients:
4 fresh, ripe nectarines or peaches
cinnamon
honey
Directions:
1. Get the grill up to a medium heat.
2. Cut the fruit in half around the natural seam and remove the stone.
3. Sprinkle the cut side of the fruit with a bit of cinnamon and spread a little honey on, too, if desired.
4. Place cut side down on an oiled grill and cook 8 minutes.
5. Turn the fruit over and cook another 3 minutes or so.
6. These make a great side dish. You can serve them as dessert with ice cream... let your imagination fly.
