3 cups baby mixed salad greens, frissace, oak leaf and green leaf
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 pinch salt, to taste

6. Take the baby mixed salad greens and place on one side of the platter. Spread them out a little. Slice the chicken breasts and place them on other side of the platter. Slice grilled peaches and place on top of chicken. Dribble dressing on top. You are now ready to indulge in a pleasurable ritual of feeding each other. Light the candles and snuggle up.
