Grilled PB&J Sandwiches

This is a great twist on french toast, grilled cheese and PB&J sandwiches. My kids LOVE this and I hope yours do too!
Ingredients:
10 slices bread
5 tablespoons peanut butter
5 tablespoons jelly
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Prepare PB&J sandwiches.
2. Mix grilling mixture in a bowl with wire whisk and brush onto one side of sanwiches.
3. Place brushed side down into medium heated non-stick or sprayed pan and brush tops of sandwiches with grilling mixture.
4. Flip when underside is browned to your liking and cook second side until browned to your liking.
5. Serve with a BIG glass of cold milk.
