Grilled Marinated Portabellas, Peppers and Onions

From a local community cookbook. Not sure how many this serves but I will guess.
Ingredients:
6 portabella mushrooms
2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 red onions
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
1. Cut the veggies into slices.
2. Combine marinade ingredients.
3. Marinate the slices for several hours.
4. Grill.
