Grilled Honey-Mustard Halibut

Ingredients:
4 (4 to 6 ounces each) halibut steaks
1/4 cup(s) dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
2 tablespoon(s) honey
2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
salt and black pepper
vegetables for skewering
Directions:
1. Whisk together mustard, butter, honey and lemon juice. 2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then brush both sides with honey-mustard. 3. Cut halibut into 1 chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables and grill.
