Grilled Ham, Cheese, and Pineapple Sandwiches

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons nonfat mayonnaise
dash of ground nutmeg
4 (3/4-ounce) slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread
2 (3/4-ounce) slices nonfat process cheddar cheese
2 (1/2-inch-thick) slices fresh pineapple
2 (1-ounce) slices reduced-fat low-salt ham
vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise and nutmeg in a small bowl, stirring well. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over 2 bread slices; top each with a cheese slice, pineapple slice, ham slice, and a remaining bread slice.
2. Transfer sandwiches to a sandwich press or hot griddle coated with cooking spray. Cook until bread is lightly browned and cheese melts.
