Grilled Halibut

This dish is fresh, light and healthy and can be on the table quickly. Pair the halibut with baby greens and a brown rice pilaf.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs halibut (steaks or filets)
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon ancienne old style mustard
1 red grapefruit, sectioned and chopped
1 tablespoon extras-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. MARINADE: In a shallow glass dish, whisk together Dijon mustard, grapefruit juice , olive oil, oregano, and pepper; add halibut, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. RELISH: In a small bowl, whisk together Old style mustard, chopped grapefruit sections, olive oil, honey, oregano and fresh ground pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Preheat grill or broil to high. Grill halibut for about 4 minutes per side or until done.
3. Transfer grilled halibut to a serving platter. Spoon relish on top of grilled halibut.
