Grilled Fruit Kabobs

These are very good. If you like grilled fruit, you will love these! The recipe calls for splenda, but you could also use regular sugar. You can also mix up the fruit to your taste!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup splenda
1 oz orange juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cantelope
1 pineapple
1 pint strawberries
8 wooden skewers
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine first five ingredients.
2. Heat on low unitl it starts to bubble and then let cool.
3. Cut fruit into 1 inch cubes. Hull strawberries and keep them whole.
4. Thread onto skewers and brish with glaze
5. Grill, turning frequently and brushing on more glaze until evenly browned
