Grilled French Chicken Dijonnais

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 teaspoon tarragon, dried
1 cup butter
1 lemon, sliced
1/2 cup parsley, loosely chopped
Directions:
1. Combine oil, lemon juice and pepper in shallow dish. Swirl chicken.
