Grilled Flank Steak

This produces a very tender juicy steak. A baked potato is a nice side. Marinate for at least 4 hours.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (2 lb) flank steaks
Directions:
1. Combine marinade ingredients.
2. Pour over steak and let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is fine).
3. Turn a few times.
4. Broil over hot charcoal for 5 minutes each side.
5. Slice steak in thin pieces.
6. Make sure you cut against the grain.
