Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) boneless duck breasts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
mango chutney
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. Score the skin of the breasts in a crosshatch pattern; season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Remove duck to a serving platter, and cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with Mango Chutney.
