Grilled Clams With Basil Breadcrumbs

these clams are so delicious ,you won't bre able to sto eating them. So easy to make. From Ina Garten
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c coarse bread crumbs,toasted
2 cloves garlic,minced
3 tbs good olive oil
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
6 sun-dried tomato halves in oil,drained and coarsely chopped
1/2 c fresh chopped basil leaves
1/4 c toasted pine nuts
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
24 littleneck clams,scrubbed clean
2-1/2 tbs melted butter
Directions:
1. Heat gas grill or prepare charcoal grill with hot coals.
2. Combine bread crumbs,garlic,olive oil,lemon juice,sun-dried tomatoes,basil,pine nuts,salt and pepper in large serving bowl and set aside.
3. When grill is hot,place clams in 1 layer on hot grate and aloow heat to open clams. They'll open gradually for about 5 mins,then pop-open wide when they're done. Using tongs,remove the clams from the grill and place them in the bowl with bread crumb mixture and toss together. Drizzle with melted butter and serve hot. Yum!
