Grilled Citrus Chicken

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
1 medium orange, sliced
1 small eggplant, cut into 1 inch slices
1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise
1 small sweet onion, cut in 1/2 inch piecces
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Place chicken in plastic bag. combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Add the orange slices to the bag. Set aside in the refrigerator for 6-24 hours.
2. Drain, discarding marinade.
3. Place chicken and vegetables on grill rack. Grill for 12-15 minutes or until no longer pink.
4. Grill vegetables 8-10 minutes or until tender.
