Dark meat stands up nicely to bold Asian flavors.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
12 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 3 pounds)
sticky rice
seasoned nori wrappers
Directions:
1. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. DO AHEAD Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.
2. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Add chicken to marinade; toss to coat. Let marinate at room temperature 15 minutes. Brush grill with oil. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Wrap grilled chicken with the Sticky Rice in Seasoned Nori Wrappers .
