Grilled chiken makes great salad Easy but delcious
Ingredients:
2 whole chicken breasts ( 4 pieces when cut in half)
1 bottle of italian salad drrssing ( your favorite kind )
mayonaisse to bind
chopped onion to taste
salt, pepper to taste
added options: use one or combos you like: red seedless grapes cut in half, toasted walnuts or pecans, chopped herbs such as fresh basil, cilantro, parsley, dill, frozen sweet green peas thawed, chopped fresh bell colored peppers
Directions:
1. Marinade your chicken in a zip lock bag with the salad dressing at least 4 hours or overnight 2. When ready to grill, grill chicken until fully cooked 3. Cool and cut -chop up for salad. 4. Place chooped chicken in a bowl and add mayo to bind as you like. 5. Season to taste. 6. My basic salad just uses additional sweet white or red chopped onion ( 2 tbs ) and slat and pepper 7. However if you want to embelish your salad may I suggest add perhaps one or two more additional ingredients but no more as you want the grilled chicken flavor to come through
