Grilled Chicken, Mushroom and Pink Bean Salad

Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts
12 baby portabella mushrooms
1 large yellow onion
3 stalks green onions
dill
15 ounces pink beans
mayonnaise
olive oil
coriander powder
salt
Directions:
1. 1. Boil or grill chickn untill cocked through.
2. 2. Wash mushrooms and cut in small cubes.
3. 3. Dice the onions.
4. 4. Fry mushrooms and onions together with a little bit of olive oil. Sparingly sprinkle with coriander, add a dash of salt. Cook untill well done.
5. 5. Cool chicken and cut into small pieces.
6. 6. Cool mushroom / onion mixture and add to chicken.
7. 7. Drain and add pink beans.
8. 8. Finely chop dill and green onions. Add to the salad.
9. 9. Put three tbsp of mayo and mix.
10. Enjoy!
