Grilled Chicken (Kebob Style)

This is a great grilled chicken kebab recipe that I've come up with after experimenting with various classic Middle Eastern kebab recipes.
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup honey dijon mustard
1 tablespoon spiracha hot chili sauce
6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon grilling spices (mrs. dash chicken flavor)
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken into kebab size cubes.
2. Finely chop the garlic.
3. Mix all the ingredients (including the chicken) in a bowl.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least two hours.
5. Once you are ready to cook, preheat your grill to 500 degrees.
6. Place the chicken on the grill and cook on each side for about five minutes or until you feel the chicken is fully cooked.
7. Serve hot with basmati rice.
