Grilled chicken garnished with grilled pineapple, mashed potatos, and green beans.
Ingredients:
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tbsp ground pepper
3 tsp salt
3 cup green beans, canned
20 oz pineapple rings
6 oz pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken with mallot and season with pepper. Grill until cooked; baste with pineapple juice during cooking.
2. Peel potatos, cut into 1 inch pieces, and boil until they fall off a fork when pierced.
3. Add milk and butter to potatos and smash until they are at a smooth consistancy.
4. Cook greenbeans with pepper, salt, and butter until warm.
