4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
cooking spray
ginger-nectarine salsa

fiery grilled peach and habanero salsa
roasted poblano and tomato salsa
tomato chow-chow
Directions:
1. Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill chicken 6 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with desired salsa or relish.
