Ingredients:
boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 slice monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and marinate for at least one hour.
2. Grill until done and then top with cheese.
