Grilled Cheese and Peanut Butter

My favorite grilled cheese sandwich of all time!
Ingredients:
1 -2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 -3 slices sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices light rye bread
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Heat a non- stick skillet over medium heat. In the meantime, spread butter on the outsides of two slices of light Rye bread. On one slice spread one to two tablespoons of peanutbutter (on the inside) and place two to three slices of sharp ceddar. Grill the sandwich until golden brown and enjoy!
