Easy to make, but spicy! I use a low calorie tortilla like La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Large Tortilla Shells
Ingredients:
1 large tortilla
4 oz chicken breast
1 leaf romaine lettuce
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 oz fat free american single
28 g franks red hot buffalo wing sauce
Directions:
1. Grill chicken and cut into cubes or slices.
2. Place ingredients into tortilla shell.
3. Wrap and enjoy.
