Grilled Brie With Chutney

Ingredients:
brie
1 pound of brie cheese
1 egg white,beaten,slightly,ranch fresh
3/4 cup bread crumbs,fresh
1/2 teaspoon sage,dried
chutney
1-1/4 pound peaches,peeled,chopped
1 cup cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup dark brown sugar,firmly packed
1/3 cup black currants,dried
1 onion,minced
1 tablespoon candied ginger,minced
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon allspice
3/4 cup spring water
Directions:
1. Using a potato peeler,cut off some of the thick areas of the brie rind around the rim,top and bottom.
2. Cut the cheese into 8 wedges.
3. Pour the egg white into bowl,place bread crumbs in another bowl.
4. Roll the cheese in egg white the dust with bread crumbs.
5. Shake off extra crumbs.
6. Place cheese on plate and refrigerate until ready to grill.
7. For Chutney,which was already prepared and brought with guest(Mixed all ingredients together and simmered for about 30 minutes.)
8. On Grill,place the cheese on rack that has been brushed with butter.
9. Grill the cheese for about 4 minutes,turn.
10. Cheese should be warm and just runny.
11. Serve the cheese wedge on a small plate and place chutney on the side.
