Wonderful alternative to fried bok choy. This is mildly flavored with olive oil and seasoning.
Ingredients:
4-6 bok choy
Directions:
1. Wash bok choy and remove any ragged leaves
2. Slice in half
3. Laying face up on a dish, drizzle with olive oil
4. Salt and pepper to taste
5. Grill for 7-9 minutes on each side to your likeness
6. Remove and repeat with olive oil and seasoning
