Grilled Bok Choy

Very nice veggie to do alongside meats on the grill. And low cal!
Ingredients:
4 heads baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise, washed and dried
juice of 1 medium orange (approx. 1/3 cup)
2 t. soy sauce (use gluten-free to make this gf)
1 t. dark sesame oil
1/4 t. dried red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Whisk all together and brush the bok choy with the marinade.
2. Heat grill, place the bok choy cut side down. Loosely cover with aluminum goil and cook until tender, basing occasionally.
3. Serve!
