Grilled Bison Steaks with Spiced Yogurt

This is a Moroccan recipe that originally called for 4 thick lamb loin chops. I substituted the bison steaks for less fat and cholesterol.
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
3/4 tbsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp cayenne
12 oz bison steak
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Mix yogurt and spices. Slater 1/2 of the yogurt mixture over the steaks, cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours. Cover and refrigerate the remaining yogurt mixture.
2. Preheat grill on medium heat.
3. Remove excess marinade from steaks. Brush steaks with olive oil and grill about 5 minute per side, depending on the level of desired doneness. Transfer the steaks to a plate and let rest 5 minutes.
4. Serve over couscous and garnish with the remaining yogurt mixture.
