Grilled Banana Splits

this is a great desert for something a little different and is a great presentation dish!
Ingredients:
1 litre vanilla ice cream, softened
1 tbsp malibu liquer
1/2 c desicated coconut,toasted
1 c fresh raspberries
1 tbsp white sugar
4 bananas
50g butter, melted
1 tbsp brownsugar
1 tbsp honey
1/2 c thickened cream,whipped
toasted flaked coconut to decorate
Directions:
1. Combine the softened ice cream, malibu and coconut in a bowl, mix well, spoon mix into a cake pan, cover and freeze until firm or overnight
2. Blend half the raspberries and sugar until smooth and strain through a fine seive.
3. cut unpeeled bananas in half length ways, combine butter, brown sugar and honey in a bowl, mix well, then brush bananas with the mixture over the cut side of banana.
4. cook bananas cut side down, on a heated grill or bbq until browned and heated through.
5. Serve with scoops of the ice cream,whipped cream and remaining raspberries, drizzle with the raspberry puree, and garnish with th toasted coconut flakes.
