I found this on the Semi Homemade Mom blog and I am posting to add to my shopping list and menu planner. I have already changed a few things and I will update after I make it next week (and I'm also adding pickles!). Cooking time is PER WRAP.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
salt & pepper
5 flour tortillas (the larger ones)
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons bacon bits
sliced tomato
pickle
yellow mustard
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey in large skillet and drain.
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, and salt and pepper to the turkey and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle shredded cheese down center of each tortilla.
4. Add a few heaping tablespoons of the turkey mixture on top of the cheese.
5. Spread some mustard on top of the turkey along with some slices of tomato and pickles.
6. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
7. Roll up tortilla burrito-style and place wraps on preheated indoor grill (she suggests using a George Foreman grill).
8. Grill wraps for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
9. Cut on a diagonal and serve immediately.
