Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocados
2 tb fresh lime or lemon juice
1-1/2 tbs olive oil
seasoned salt to taste
1/2 c fresh salsa(optional)
sour cream (optional)
shredded cheedar cheese(optional
Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half and remove seeds. Drizzle with fresh lime/lemon juice and brush lightly with olive oil.
2. Geently pace cut side down on grill over med-high heat for 2-3 mins.Season with salt to taste
3. Optional,fill with salsa sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese.
