Green Tomato and Zucchini Bread

This turned out so good. I have an old recipe from my mom, and didn't have all the ingredients so I started to play around...THIS IS BETTER! It's also a great way to use up a few green tomatoes as the season comes to an end.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup green tomato (or applesauce)
1 1/3 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons cinnamon (please don't cut back on this)
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup gound flax seed
1/2 cup white flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients. Puree the tomatoes in a food processor, or blender. Mix the wet ingredients. Mix together in the bowl. Cook at 325 for 20 minute Cool on wire rack, and place in bags, or wrap with tin foil.
