Get your greens with this tasty smoothy
Ingredients:
2 cups water
3 1/2 ounces swiss chard
3 1/2 ounces spinach
1 banana
1 pear
4 strawberries, frozen
Directions:
1. Put 2 cups of water in blender (BlendTec or VitaMix).
2. Add swiss chard and mix on whole juice cycle.
3. Add spinach and mix on whole juice cycle.
4. Add fruit and a natural sweetener if desired (stevia, xylotol etc) and mix on whole juice cycle.
5. Pour into glasses and enjoy. Or, chill and drink throughout the day
