Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 4 oz kale
  • 4 oz spinach
  • 1 banana , medium
  • 1 pear , small

Directions:

  1. Place water in mixer (VitaMix, BlendTec etc.)
  2. Add washed and torn greens to blender jar and run mixer on a whole juice cycle.
  3. Add fruit and natural sweetner(stevia, xylitol etc) and run whole juice cycle again.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
