1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons capers
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 pitted green olives
6 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 canned anchovy fillet or 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
